- Registered address: 17 Tudor Walk, Watford, WD24 7NY, United Kingdom
- Contact email: kiara@kiaraallesshah.com
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Website.
You must not:
- Use the Website in any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful way.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its underlying systems.
- Copy, scrape, distribute or republish any content from the Website without our written permission.
- Use the Website to transmit viruses, spam, or any other harmful material.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website if we believe you have breached these Terms.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, images, video, design, logos, frameworks, methodologies, programme names (including “The Audacity Room,” “The Audacity Circle” and the SEEN → SHOW → LEAD methodology) and the slogan “Your audacity beats your credentials,” is owned by or licensed to SKIN DISCOVERY LTD. All rights are reserved.
You may view, download and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Where you purchase access to our coaching programme or community, the intellectual property in the modules, workbooks, frameworks and call recordings remains ours at all times. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use those materials for your own development. You may not share, resell, or otherwise distribute them.
5. Purchasing our services
5.1 Coaching programmes
Our flagship coaching programme is The Audacity Room. Full details of the programme, including the fee, duration, format and what is included, are provided to you in writing before you enrol, usually during a discovery call and in a follow-up email.
By enrolling in The Audacity Room (or any other coaching programme), you agree to the additional terms set out in our separate Coaching Agreement, which you will be asked to read and sign before payment is taken. The Coaching Agreement forms part of these Terms.
5.2 Other services
We may also offer other services from time to time, including but not limited to: paid speaking engagements, UGC and brand collaboration work, group programmes, events, retreats, digital downloads and online courses. Specific terms for these services will be provided at the point of purchase.
5.3 Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details ourselves.
Prices for our services are listed in GBP (British pounds) and include VAT where applicable. You agree to pay the full price quoted at the time of purchase.
For programmes paid in monthly instalments, you agree to pay each instalment on the agreed date for the full duration of the payment plan, regardless of whether you continue to actively participate in the programme. Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension of access until the payment is made.
5.4 Booking confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once we have received payment and sent you a written confirmation. Until both have happened, no contract exists between us.
6. Refunds and cancellations
6.1 Strict no-refund policy
All purchases of our coaching programmes, community memberships, events, digital products and other services are non-refundable. This includes purchases made in full and any instalment payments already paid under a payment plan.
Coaching is deeply personal work and requires a serious commitment from both coach and client. We invest significant time, preparation and emotional capacity into every client relationship. For this reason, we operate a strict no-refund policy.
Before you book, we will always offer a discovery call so you can ask any questions and make sure the programme is right for you. Please use this opportunity fully, once payment is taken, the booking is non-refundable.
6.2 14-day cooling-off period (digital products only)
Under UK consumer law, where you purchase a purely digital product (such as a downloadable workbook or pre-recorded course with no live element), you may have a 14-day right to cancel and receive a refund, provided you have not yet accessed or downloaded the content. By accessing or downloading digital content within the 14-day period, you waive this right to cancel.
This cooling-off period does NOT apply to our coaching programmes (including The Audacity Room), community memberships, paid events, or any service that has already begun, because these are services personalised to you and delivered live.
6.3 If we cancel
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, event or programme (for example, due to illness, emergency or other unforeseen circumstances), we will offer to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible and we cannot deliver the service to you, we will offer a credit or refund pro-rated to the unfulfilled portion of the service.
6.4 Missed sessions
If you miss a scheduled 1:1 call or community call without giving at least 24 hours' notice, the session is forfeited. We do not offer refunds or replacement sessions for missed calls (except where you have given adequate notice and we have agreed to reschedule).
7. Disclaimer, important
Our coaching services support your personal and professional development. We are not licensed therapists, doctors, psychologists or financial advisers.
Nothing we provide should be taken as a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your GP, the NHS, or the Samaritans (116 123 in the UK) immediately.
We make no guarantees about the specific results you will achieve from our programmes. Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, commitment, circumstances and willingness to do the work. Examples of past client outcomes are shared in good faith and are not promises of similar outcomes for you.
8. Testimonials and case studies
Where we share client testimonials, case studies or success stories on the Website or in our marketing, we do so with the client's consent. Results shared are individual to that client and are not guaranteed for everyone.

- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Our total liability to you in connection with any service or programme purchased from us shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for that specific service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
11. Privacy and data protection
Our handling of your personal information is set out separately in our Privacy Policy, available on the Website. By using the Website or our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted that Privacy Policy.
12. Communications
By contacting us via the Website, email, social media or any other channel, you consent to us responding to you through the same or alternative channels.
If you opt in to receive marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the bottom of every marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional emails relating to a service you have purchased.
13. Force majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where that failure or delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including illness, internet or platform outages, government action, public emergency, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the “last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
