The methodology

SEEN → SHOW → LEAD.

Three phases. Six modules. Three months.

  1. Phase 1 · Weeks 1–4

    SEEN

    Identity and internal safety.

    We start in your nervous system. The beliefs your nervous system wrote about whether being seen is safe (often before you were 12), before you remember them being written. We re-author them.

  2. Phase 2 · Weeks 5–8

    SHOW

    Brand and external expression.

    Now we face outward. Positioning, message, content architecture, camera execution. The work you’ve been told visibility coaching is but built on a foundation that holds.

  3. Phase 3 · Weeks 9–12

    LEAD

    Audacity and embodiment.

    The final phase is where the work stops being something you do and becomes who you are. The cost of being seen, the daily practice of audacity, the long-form authority that turns you from content creator to leader.

Six bi-weekly 1:1 calls with me directly. WhatsApp access between sessions, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.
