Audacity through the camera. Freedom on the other side of it.

For ambitious women who know they were built for more but doubt, stall, and talk themselves out of ‘more’ every single time.

I help you do the audacious thing before you’re ready and let the camera hold you accountable to who you said you’d be, so the financial freedom, the opportunities, and the version of your life you’re quietly giving up on can actually catch up.

I do this work in public. I prove it every week; you can do it too.

The reframe

The camera was never the problem.

The same way my acne was never the problem. For ten years I treated the surface and it kept coming back, because the thing causing it was underneath, where I wasn’t looking.

The freeze when the camera turns on works exactly the same way. It isn’t a confidence problem. It’s a belief formed long before the camera existed, quietly running the show.

Most coaching treats the breakout. We go to the root: we find the moment the belief was formed, re-author it, and install something true in its place. Then the camera becomes what it was always meant to be. Not the thing you’re scared of, but the accountability partner that won’t let you disappear again.

“That’s when I realised being seen isn’t just about clear skin or a pretty face. It’s about connection, confidence, and the audacity to show up anyway.”

In June 2025, The Telegraph approached Kiara to share the story behind her decade with cystic acne and the quiet, internal shift that finally turned a 10 year long battle into the beginning of a brand, a business, and a body of work. The feature follows the woman behind the work, the mindset that changed everything, and why being seen was the unlikeliest cure of all.

Three things this site is here to prove

I built all of this from the thing I was most ashamed of.

01 · 02 · 03

  1. 01

    Impact precedes permission.

You don't need anyone to say yes for the work to be real.

  2. 02

    Audacity is the bridge.

The gap closes by leaping before you're ready. Never by waiting until you feel ready.

  3. 03

    Receipts beat resumes.

What you have actually done outweighs every credential the system told you you needed.

In her own words

Hear from some of my most successful clients who choose to document their entrepreneurial journey in private.

Most importantly, you’ve taught me how to see the confident Alanna and that she has always been here, she just got covered up by everything else going on. Knowing that I can look at myself and feel love for myself is a huge shift and it’s been down to your support.

Alanna, Founder of By Alanna Jean

Working with Kiara has been a truly positive and life-changing experience. From the very beginning, she was kind, supportive, and genuinely cared about my progress and wellbeing.

One to one. Private, invite-only. For the woman who is brilliant in person and is done being the only thing standing in her own way.

The story, in sixteen frames

I had to go to the root too.

I wasted a decade trying to heal my symptoms. Now you don’t have to. Here’s my full root-cause story in 16 short slides. Sound familiar at all?

The origin story. At 13, I deleted every photo of myself. At 25, I am pinning this one.

Moments worth keeping

The room was the receipt.

From hiding in the corner of every room, to pitching to multi-millionaires and billionaires. This is the type of work where you not only feel like you belong in a space, but you develop the audacity to create your own.
